From May 29 to June 2, 2025, Venice once again becomes the global stage for the yachting world as the Venice Boat Show returns to the historic Arsenale. This isn’t just another boat show—it’s a celebration of the sea, shipbuilding, and the seamless blend of tradition with forward-thinking innovation.
With 270 exhibitors and 300 vessels gracing a 55,000-square-meter water basin, this year’s edition promises something for every maritime enthusiast. From elegant sailing yachts to groundbreaking hybrid and hydrogen-powered models, visitors will experience first-hand the future of sustainable boating.
Fifteen world premieres will be unveiled, including the spotlight-stealing 50-meter Almax by Sanlorenzo, a symbol of Italy’s growing leadership in sustainable superyacht design. Ferretti Group, a founding supporter of the show, will debut the Pershing GTX 70 and Ferretti Yacht 940, each reflecting cutting-edge craftsmanship and performance.
The Arsenale’s historic docks also host the expanded Wood Village, where polished wooden powerboats pay homage to the artistry of traditional shipwrights. Sailing lovers will find plenty to explore, including a dedicated pier featuring both monohulls and multihulls—many of them hybrid or fully electric.
Beyond the boats, the show embraces a dynamic spirit with interactive water sports, foiling demos, and sleek new surf gear. It’s an event for dreamers and doers alike, drawing over 30,000 visitors in its last edition.
Running parallel to the Venice Biennale Architettura, and tied to Italy’s pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, the show echoes a powerful theme: water as the essence of life and living. In Venice, where boats are a way of life, the Salone Nautico is more than an event—it’s a cultural statement.
